So you're a newbie eh? Or you've been hit on the head and forgotten everything you know about tank2tank? Well you've come to the right place!
I'm tank2tank, real name Tom Cheshire, a small time (but not for long!) internet flash artist, and video maker from good ol' England. I'm 16 years old and my work has been appearing on the internet in atleast some form since mid-2006, even though I've actually been into editing and flash making a lot longer than that (see A History of tank2tank.) I'm not going to go into any detail about my personal life or anything, because I know what some of you people are like!
In terms of exactly what kinds of things I make, well, in terms of flash content, I mainly focus on creating short comedy cartoons or parodies, but this doesn't mean that I couldn't make a serious cartoon if I tried, so don't rule out the possibility of that happening. And yes, I can and have created games in flash, most of them tributes to other games or big franchises. While I don't exactly class myself as an Actionscript expert as most of my games are almost completely free of code, I have proven myself to make big and reasonably complex games that have so far all been well received by the public. (Most notable so far- Star Wars Rogue Squadron, which currently has around 90,000 views on Newgrounds.) I have uploaded all of my internet videos onto my YouTube account, which are also mainly comedy focused and on the whole, I've spent a lot less effort on them than on my flashes, which I think shows in their quality. Nevertheless, I've enjoyed a fair amount of success on YouTube through my YouTube Poop videos, and in the future I will try to create a wider range of more diverse and better videos to develop my skills more, which is kinda why I decided to include a videos section on this redesigned website.
This website, that you are looking at, right now, is my own personal website which I created entirely by myself, after what felt like an eternity of messing around on Dreamweaver until I could finally reach a design which I'm happy I can keep for as many years as possible without being tempted to do a redesign (as I have done several times throughout 2007.) This is the best place for you to visit if you want to catch up on any of my submissions, and if you want more, or this website is running slow or whatever, go to the links I provided in the menu bar on the left to continue to enjoy my content! The menu bar on the left should also make it pretty damn easy to browse the site. If you can't see it, well, you need to get yourself Flash Player mate! ... Or maybe it's some technical problem with the site.
OK, I think that's all you need to know. If you want to ask me anything, e-mail me.
